Shortly after their founding in 2020, Wolfbane Books contacted us about doing their first video. They were looking to not only generate sales for the very first book of their publishing company, but also wanted to use the video for a crowdfunding campaign.
One of the major themes of the book is exploring the ways in which the theme of mountains tells the story of the entire Bible.
THE PROCESS
We got together and brainstormed how to capture this theme visually on camera. The perfect idea landed in our lap when we realized that our own city was the perfect location. Wizardly Studios is surrounded by accessible mountain views – both sunrise and sunset. The Wolfbane founders met us in Chattanooga, checked out a few locations and settled on Snooper’s Rock, one of the city’s most famous sunrise views.
With our scripted interview ready and teleprompter with us, we headed out to the mountaintop at sunrise to film. We’re incredibly proud of how the the final result visually captures the theme of mountains that the book is written about.
