Macauley Property Group
Chattanooga Real Estate Video – Working with Macauley Property Group to give them a large stock of video and photos.
Matthew Macaulay with Macauley Property Group here in Chattanooga Tennessee asked us to put together a large bank of photos and videos that he and his marketing team can use for their website and social media for a year or longer. Chattanooga Real Estate Video
Because most people are now on social media, Matthew needed lots of assets to be able to market his real estate company online, on his website, and on different social media channels. We gave him enough assets to last for at least a year. The benefit of doing a shoot like this is that it is quick, easy, and way more affordable than a long form interview video.
THE PROCESS
We met at a beautiful property to spend about two hours capturing tons of photos and videos. The idea was to capture some lifestyle photos and video assets that show the real estate team, Matthew and his business partner, along with their spouses, doing what they love — selling homes.
The video we were able to produce is what we call a B-Roll video, where our team just shoots video footage and compiles it together without sound or interviews. This is a great option for a banner on your website or for smaller social media posts. See their site to see how it looks on his site.

Check out what Matthew had to say:
“My real estate company needed a collection of video and photo assets that we could use on our website and social media channels. In real estate, having a lot of visuals to draw from is so important to connect with the right buyers and sellers. We hired Wizardly Studio to spend some time capturing video and photo clips for us, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Not only are the video and photo assets gorgeous, but we have loads of options to draw from for our marketing needs both for the near future and over the long term. Joseph with Wizardly Studio did a fantastic job capturing exactly what we needed.”
